Emma Farrarons is a French illustrator and book designer based in London. Alongside her illustration work, Emma is also a children's picture book designer at the wonderful Macmillan Children's Books.
She was trained in illustration at the Edinburgh College of Art and l'École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs. Having completed a textile and printmaking course at Capellagården in Sweden, Emma has developed a particular love for the art of pattern repeat and fabric print. Her favourite art mediums are Japanese kanji calligraphy pens, markers, graphite and colouring pencils.
